Shipping Policies

All CoverWithCare.com products are shipped to your door via UPS ground within the United States. For order less than $80 (eighty dollars), a flat rate of $9.95 shipping and handling cost will be added. You will receive an email confirmation soon after placing your order, IF ERRORS ARE FOUND, please call us directly at (866) 549-6330 or email us within 24 hours after placing your order.  In most cases orders are delivered to the customer's doorstep within 3 to 10 business  days.  Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 days after the order is placed.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your item.  


Return Policy:  Elite Covers
CoverWithCare.com (T's Performance Inc.) offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies below. Please call (866-549-6330) or e-mail our Returns Department at info@CoverWithCare.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.) will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.) strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If merchandise arrives DAMAGED, it is BEST TO REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.) to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.) immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.) of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call (866) 549-6330 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date at CoverWithCare's (T's Performance Inc.) discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 30 days from the invoice date, at CoverWithCare's (T's Performance Inc.) discretion for credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to manufacturers' policies, CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.) cannot accept returns of the following items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON: (T's Performance Inc.) exceptions: DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned for REPAIR ONLY to: CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.), the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items.

CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.), Inc reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30-days and before 60 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Cover With Care (T's Performance Inc.), on returned items, and we will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.


Return Policy: Golf Cart Seat Covers:
CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.), will accept a return for a full product refund within 30 days of the received date. Returns do not need pre-authorization within our 30 day return policy. All products returned must be received in it's original "new" condition without any visible damage. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; CoverWithCare (T's Performance Inc.) will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). Please include either your paper receipt or a printout of you order confirmation to help us issue your refund efficiently. Once we receive your return, we will credit the original form of payment for the full product price. Refunds are processed on the 15th of every month.
